Hope is immaterial as it is rooted in the realm of non-being. This situation is analogous to deserted lands. Roads began to appear when enough people started traveling to and fro. Then roads came into existence.

Shine a light if you have heat to burn. Even if the feeble light of a firefly is still light in the darkness, no need to wait for the bright flames of a torch.

Save time is a way to make one’s finite existence more effective, which is equivalent to prolonging one’s life.

 

Traveling outward, to gather sustenance from differing places; traveling inward, to uncover our souls. We must find our inner eyes and voices, to gaze at the external world and sing truth and beauty for those living in loneliness and silence.

To a thousand pointing fingers, I defy with fierce brows; to youngsters I am willing to bow and serve as an ox. In my hermitage, I hide to keep my human wholeness; pay no regard to the changing of seasons.

 

Though possessed by my own conviction, I cannot erase Hope which stakes itself in the Future. I cannot dismiss something because of what I know to be true, nor rule out what one day may become.

A sketch is free of secrets. Even if there are, such aesthetics are still devoid of cover-ups to favor sincerity and authenticity, opposed to pretension and showmanship.

It is not a good idea to read the works of only one writer; that would deprive us of multiple perspectives. One must do as honeybees do, flower-picking everywhere. If confined to only one place, the gain will be limited, boring and dull.
